PH of the water

Algae

It is also important to keep in mind that algae can be formed in your pool for the summer, which is difficult to eliminate. Therefore, the ideal is to prevent them with an algaecide, which you must apply weekly with the quantities indicated by the manufacturer. And if you have already formed algae, you must add, in addition to the algicide, an extra chlorine. With these steps you will achieve that the water is transparent and, in addition, you will avoid the bad odors.

Flocculation

The next step is to eliminate the small particles that cloud the water and that the filters cannot retain. To do this, you must use a flocculant that will unite to eliminate simpler. This product can prove that the particles are agglutinated and are captured by the filters or that they go to the bottom of the sea, being able to eliminate them with a cleanser.

If winterization has not been carried out

If during the autumn-winter you have not maintained your pool for the summer you will have to perform other tasks. So, the first thing you have to do is empty it and clean the walls and the bottom. Also, take advantage to repair some damages. It is also important that you clean well each of the elements of the purifier (filters, impulse nozzles, skimmers …). When you have finished cleaning the pool and the purifier, then you can proceed to fill the pool.
