A reception area is a good opportunity for you to engage visitors with your brand, so try to incorporate it into the area. The company logo displayed on the wall or on the front desk, and a matching colour theme to the colours used in the logo shows a strong brand which customers like.
Because people will often be waiting in the area, it is important that it is a comfortable place to be. Many places sell reception chairs that are designed specifically for a reception. If you have music playing, make sure that it isn’t too loud, and place magazines on the table and a water or coffee machine so that guests feel welcome whilst they wait.
